5/14/08-food/drink/fat
So,
I am doing this for ME! I want to write and make known what I eat every day. I'm 40 lbs. overweight, love fashion and want to get back to my pre-children weight. I've tried other methods ... obviously, if I got off my arse and exercised, I would be in a much better position to lose this flab ... but I am much too hopeful that the fat will come off of my hips just by eating donuts.
There are certain vic es...I want to type these out into the blogosphere and make it more clear to myself the types of food/drink that I'm ingesting. I hope that if I see it here, I will be motivated (and somewhat mortified) enough to change. Trust me, I am NOT proud of what I eat and/or drink.
5/14/08:
*2 large fistfuls of salted, roasted peanuts
*1 handful tortilla chips
*1 not-very-good girl scout cookie
*4 cups tea (black w/ skim milk)
*3 glasses water
*4 budweisers
